The long sobs of the violins of autumn….

Two Angry Goats at Poznań Town Hall, Poland

with 9 comments

This footage clips was taken around Poznan Old Market Square in Poland. I was informed by a good friend, Katarzyna that at 12 o’clock sharp, there will be 2 angry goats butting show at the doors under the clock at Poznań Town Hall. The goats hammered each other’s head twelve times then retracted back into the doors.

  2. A magnificent building – Hanseatic style? The butting of the goats is quite realistic. Perhaps two goats butting one another is a good comment on party politics – mind you, the alternative is one bull trampling people.

  4. Thanks for that. I’m going to be in Poznan in about a month though I don’t think I’ll be there at noon. If I am I’ll try and see it. I like the different views of different places in Europe you put up. I was in Sarajevo a couple of years ago and it looked the same as the video you put up, I too fell in love with the place and I have been to Budapest twice and have a need to revisit it.

Thanks for liking the piece on my blog.

  5. That was so sweet – a lot of anticipation! I was wondering if it would actually happen :)

OH, I didn’t realise your land is Poland. Blessings. My Mother was born in Poland. For that reason – oh, thank you for following my blog, I am honoured; but as you are of Polish roots, it would be so good if you read the story from the start, to know it well. You will find at one point that I have found writing of hers, written in Polish, and I get it translated. It was so precious to me.

Thank you so much for your interest, coming by.

Sincere best to you … Noeleen
